There's been a bit of (I hate to say it) 'timewasting' regarding these hubs. I've reduced them to rock bottom, surely someone will say "I want them' and then have the courtesy to send the paypal gift soon after...

No swaps, no further reductions, if I don't have the paypal funds in by tonight, they're getting built into my new commuter wheels!
