The starting price is wildly optimistic - the vendor states :
'Could be built up and ridden using the components in the photos', but where are the components ? (there don't appear to be any) - it has no brakes !
Effectively, any would-be purchaser is getting just a frame that would require refinishing. Anyone buying this frame, could easily spend many hundreds more - frankly, as it stands, I think he'd do well to get a couple of hundred pounds.
And take a look at his other sales . . . . . . . oh dear !
