A bit of help & advice needed on fitting front brakes

Dia-Compe 987 if you're after low profile are the retro ones.
What do Charge say/supply with the forks. I assume they must be supplied with them as they have no disc tab's

The forks come supplied with V-Brake Bosses according to Bike Radar.

But looking at the picture it still seems as though there are no holes for the springs to sit in, which seems a bit odd. The distributor for Charge products is Red Hot Wheels, I just need to find the time to contact them over the phone and see what they say. The Dia Compe canti's look promising though.
