9sp wheels & 1" threaded headset wanted

Anyone got a reasonable set of Shimano-compatible wheels road going? I just had my Spec Allez stolen and I need to build up a replacement pdq based on an 80's steel Soens frame, as I need it for uni/work. I've reset the back end for 130mm. Nothing too fancy as I'm a bit skint! Also a headset needed, preferably a Campag or Tange copy.

Got a non matching but similar looking set of wheels. Front alex wheel seen here;

Rear is a mavic cosmos with a couple of small issues. out of true by a couple of mm and has a small flatspot, not noticeable when being used. Also there is a ticking noise coming from the hub, not a bad noise, I just found it a bit annoying. I have had it apart and the sealed bearings are all good, but there are other bearings in the freehub body that I haven't got to. Shimano freehub and skewers for both wheels, no tyre or tube for back wheel, front has a well used tyre and a tube with a pinhole. They look decent though and will get you rolling. £43 posted for the pair.

LMK if interested and I will get some pics of the rear wheel.

Have a tidy 105 headset and also a more modern Black etc one with cartridge bearings, both threaded, £11 for the 105 £15 for the etc, both very good condition.

Have a lot of other workaday road parts if you need anything elso on a budget? Chainset, Cassettes, Shimano 8 speed Sti's Sora I think, bars, stems, skewers Pm me if you want, would be cheaper as a package.

Thanks for the replies guys - sorry for not getting back to you as I've had a bit of a rethink, and need to see what I have back home in London, as I've been offered a cheap complete bike which may do me for the time I have left up here in Norwich til my work finishes.
