True the head tube badge is a 96 one, but the cutout in the dropout dates it to 93 or earlier, the surviving bit of downtube decal looks like 92, the lines down the downtube say Tange Ultimate Ultrastrong as the seller suggests, i.e., 92 or later (Hot anticipated the Explosif by a year). And I think the length of the head tube suggests that it's a 1992 size 20 and that tends to confirm that it is indeed a Teesdale Hot and not an Explosif.
