96 Kona Foreplay full sus

Does anyone else remember this, I am sure it was in the 96 catalogue and was white with blue decals and cook bros cranks and was like the top of the line Kona custom full sus.

If anyone has any pictures I'd love to see them

Yes, IIRC it was the custom frame FS 1995-6 ish ????

Sex one/two/three were off the peg, then fore play 'kona custom'

I have just aquired a 97 ming kikapu and I want to to paint it like the foreplay

What kind of finish did Kona use back then? Was it powder?

Honestly, your minds, I don't know. It was called a For Play. Obviously because it was for playing with. As if a respectable company like Kona would call one of their bikes Foreplay, really.

I've never seen one, I don't know whether they existed, or if they did who made them. Bikepedia says they cost $3,999 (bike), the same price as a Hei Hei and almost twice as much as a Hot ($2,199). So they wouldn't have sold that many I guess, but then we see plenty of Hei Heis.
