Have one, maybe too big

Hi

I have one but am unsure of the size. How should I measure it?

It is in really good condition, except for the top tube that has marks along the tube (from leaning against lighting poles?)

I recently bought it but it is a bit too small for my 187 cm. If it fits you it´s better if you have it.
