Yep that’s a dealer sticker.
Sandy Wallace of Inverkeithing. Was a reasonable size specialist road and mtb shop. They also built my purple deep v velocity rim ti glide wheels. Think Sandy used to compete as well. Can’t remember any other Kona’s in shop at time (though was 1995/6) do remember a few fat chance and pace anodised chainrings and other shiny anodised bits.
Couple of scratches and chips but it’s gonna be a regularly used bike so not a big issue

Tbh apart from one v brake replacement and the original elastomers turning to nothing I think it’s all original as well. The v brakes were fitted very soon after getting as originals sucker however I adjusted them.
Even the grip shift X-ray has performed flawlessly since new without missing a single beat.

Few other bits incoming...
Some carbon bar ends (not perfect find but good enough for a bike I plan to use and should tie in to the pace shocks nicely).
White industries hubs (gonna get a good polish and wait till find right red rims).
Gonna go for white industries cranks and polish em up too as they are nice looking and strong then see if can do the rings in orange, red, orange or vice versa to tie colour in.
