It may be a coincidence, but a similar frame was sold on eBay in Brighton, collect-only, last year. In the case of that one, it was made clear that it was a Rock Lobster, but a Taiwan-built frame made of a mid-level tubeset, part of a batch that Paul Sadoff had made up a few years before he started his deal with Merlin Cycles of Leyland. If it's the same frame, it's been painted since then and this is the result.
