Seems reasonable nick, if it was a 20" i'd probably think about it myself as a period runabout. (not sure what the ti alloy bars are tho :? )

Common mistake, alloy does not refer just to aluminium, it referes to a mix of metal and at least one other element.

As titanium on bikes is usually Titanium 6AL-4V or Titanium 3AL/2.5V alloys
the ebayers description is correct.
