Believe it's a 1994, and think it's a 19" - see pics for measurements. In pretty good nick with no dents that I can see. All threads good. Paint has wear and marks but looks good for it's age. Comes with seat post clamp.
Does £30 collected (South Manchester/East Cheshire) sound reasonable? I'm happy to box it up if you want to book your own courier to collect.
