This is actually quite an unusual 94 Explosif, with that Superlight sticker on its seat tube. The standard frame had an Ultrastrong seat tube with an Ultrastrong sticker on it, but this frame must have a Superlight seat tube, because the sticker has to be true of the tube it is on.
It isn't quite clear from the photos whether the down tube is fluted, either. I have seen one other example of a 94 Explosif that didn't have the standard tube mix, this appears to be another. I'm not in any doubt about it being an Explosif though, and there's no reason to think that this one is any worse than the standard tube mix, just because it's different.
