I know a lot of people will not like some parts, and the cranks are pretty naff ( ) but I have had a few builds where you want to get it built and on whateer parts you have/can afford so there's nothing wrong with that. I would rather a rideable bike than one sat in the garage.

Upgrade the cranks when you can and get the better bits when you can.

Forks are a massive improvement.

Gawd i forgot about this bike and don't know why as i just love these frames but any way it's great seeing that awful crankset binned and replaced with a nice piece of retro as the bike looks really nice now and i hope SWMBO is happy with this after riding the old heavy weight ..
