I'd have a look,see if you can get him to email you some pics of it :? Minor dinks on the top tube arent really a problem.I put one on my stumpjumper yonks ago,it was a new frame too,6 weeks old :roll: but went on for another 3 years through everything till i sold it,no problems from it ,in the end i basically forgot it was there as it hadnt done anything so i reckoned it wasn't going to

Plus ,theres some nutter in Glasgow who rides an old road bike with the top tube sawn through horizontally [Think- trough] He states its been fine for years.I do wish i'd got a picture of this thing,it truly is something strange to behold :shock:
