'93 Manitou Hardtail pics & cracked BB repair options?

Looks like I've added one of these to my collection (awesome!), only issue is that she has a hairline crack on the LH (driveside) of the BB... I'm hoping I can get this repaired, wondering if the good folk of Retrobike could offer any suggestions for methods and workshops to carry it out?

I'm surprised it didn't crack at the head tube, as that's where most of them seem to fail. You may want to inspect that area very carefully before going forward with any repairs.

Where did you get the frame from? Didn't buy it from Chelmsford, Essex did you? Looks like my old bike I sold a fair while bike.
