Nice work on the splatter paint job. I love 'em!
Done a mock set up with the black hubbed Deore XT wheels and some amberwalls,much better.
Had a look around the cave and found a silver Deore XT chainset in one of the boxes which solves the problem of the other one not having an arm.
Borrowed the Flite saddle and seatpost off the other Explosif and i think that's the way i'm going now, just got to find the other Flite saddle i bought not that long ago, find one thing lose another lol
Also in the box of Deore XT goodies with the chainset was a Deore XT hyperglide 7 speed cassette, well i think it is they're the ones with the gold label lockring aren't they
there was a Deore XT bb and some Deore XT comp pedals with some Deore comp pedals aswell, sometimes it's good to be unorganised lol

More progress made, feels like i'm so close 
but in reality it's still quite far off from being finished 
mainly because of only having one black set of Deore XT M732 cantilevers 
I do have a full set of the M732's in silver but don't really want to go that way.
XT bb fitted, XT chainset fitted and the chain, quite chuffed with the chain because it's black and silver to go with the black and silver of the chainset and mechs

Cheers mate, it's come a long way from being left in the bike cave forgotten about lollooking good....
This bit always makes me smile, everytime you scroll down that's always there at the bottom, so glad i never sold it

Cheers TD75, the paint i use is Tamiyas model paint there's plenty of them on ebay for around £3 a pot.
