92 Klein Attitude - swapping suspension forks for rigid...

Hi Chaps,

I have FINALLY acquired my dream bike, it has Answer Manitou 1's on the front, although the original rigid forks are included.

So, is it a major job to swap them over? What's involved?

Was that the dusty one off craigslist? If so, clean that up and let's see some pics.

I believe there is a posting by Carsten on doing this. Had a quick look but couldn't find it.

Sorry to say i'm not the expert on this subject matter, but i'll be an interested reader as i've been toying around with the idea to swap my suspension fork for another... looking forward to any info's dropped in this thread, bring it on retro guru's
