Retrotastic riding today, out to work on my Hei Hei and back home on Yeti Ultimate, love this weather! Haven't ridden this in while and forgot what a great handler it is......bit heavy compared to the Hei Hei I rode in on this morning but the extra weight helps it feel so much more planted on descents, Kona can get bit skitty.....that Yeti's short snappy back end ment I had great fun riding stuff I really shouldn't on an old bike....90' brakes gave me a reality check though!!

awesome 8)

Whereabouts are you riding? What with this lovely weather I just came in to work on a 96 stumpy (Dorking to Epsom, fully offroad until the final stretch). The best start to the day... :-)

Re:

Nicely built. Like the ride description too. Its exactly how I feel about mine.

Curious what the serial number is? Is that original paint?

Thanks!

Forks are in original paint, frame has been powdercoated, you can see very very slight shade difference in some lights compaired to fork. I think frame number was mostly lost under coating, I'll try make out what I can ;)
