Got this delivered to day 91 merlin all original decals bit of roughness of the lacquer that must of been over the frame just got to find a 1 inch threadless fork then i can build it

Very nice, I love these early Merlin's.

What are the build plans? If it were mine I'd fit a CK grip nut or 2-nut converter to the headset and go threaded for the fork. A Kona P2 would suit it and shouldn't be too hard to find.

Got all the bits for it now gone with a ritchey fork and just need someone to sort the bb for me which should be this weekend i hope ,got lots of mint xtr m900 lying around so will use that ,but lets see

Hurry up then. going to look good ,,done a Merlin with black forks and xtr not so long ago myself,,be waiting for pictures feller. :shock:
