Defo not a 91'..... They never made an Obed in 91'.....only the "Mountian".... check out my Mountain 91':

Several major differences.....cable guide positions, bullet lugs at the dropouts, later decals...
Think this guys "research" may be a little off.....looks like a late 90's model.....definitely after the buy-out (circa 95') as the headbadge is different to the earlier ones....
