Wanted 9 speed medium cage derailleur + shifter

My old Deore XT rear mech has a bad spring and sharp jockey wheels and worst of all a bit of metal ferrule stuck in the barrel bit so I can't use an adjuster – think it's time for a replacement, anyone sitting on anything appropriate? Will be going on a 11-34t 9 speed cassette so medium cage.

I'd also be interested in a shifter for that mech – currently using a bar end one on drops but going back to flat bar for winter and would like a trigger or thumbie.

Also you know what while we're at it, my flat bar levers are pretty rough, open to some replacements for those too!
