I've got a bit of time with the plans in store for this build so I will be going with:

1) Traditional "loosener" type of removal like GT85, If that doesn't work
2) Caustic soda - I've had good results previously and the frame will be repainted anyhoo
3) I may bypass 2 as its going to have a few "mods" so I may leave it to my friendly frame builder to get medieval with - I suspect blow torches and pliers :shock:

2 is the most fun, 1 is the least dangerous, 3 is least fun.

Anyone tried diesel with good results? A mate has suggested it, as he's used it to get seized pistons in old engines going again
