It's a size 18.5 and if it is what he says it is, it could certainly be quite a bargain, especially with the XTR fm thrown in. As he says, they were still being built in the USA at that point and it has raised about half the value of a 1999 853 made-in-Taiwan Explosif.
On the other hand, bidders must have felt cautious given the lack of evidence that it's a Bizango at all, that it's made of 853 etc, and also the suggestion that it needs a respray. Still the weight is consistent with it being a high-end frame - 2.012 with headset cups and clamp is equivalent to c1.95kg = 4.3lbs, which is decent enough for an 18.5.
