Hi folks. I have for sale an early 80's Dawes Renown frame. It's 60cm centre to top, with a 58 cm top tube(c to c)and made from Reynolds 531. I originally intended it to be a long term project, and to re- acquaint myself with the art of brazing. As can be seen from the pics, it has a dent in the top tube, some wear to the lh chainstay where a tyre has worn against it, and some sprocket/chain damage to the rh dropout. Other than that, it's straight, sub 5 lb in weight, and only has cosmetic surface rust. The reason I wish to move it on is because I recently acquired a 90's Kona frame I couldn't refuse, and don't have the time or cash to do two projects. All I'm looking for is what I paid for it, which was/is £35 posted.
