58-60cm Frame Wanted

Looking for a steel road frame, between 58-60cm, with pannier rack eyelets, mid 80s onwards. Single colour. I love the idea of having an Italian brand, but that's not essential. Please let me know if you know of any frames that match the description. My budget is not huge.

I have a Raleigh Royal - pretty much everything you need bar wheels, cranks and chain.

Seat tube is 56cm, I seem to recall it's approximately 58cm C-C.

Hi guys, sorry, on review I'm looking for something with a 60cm c-t. I have a 35" inseam and I am 6'2", with a reach that is average for my height. Top tube around 58cm. 130mm rear gap for modern wheels
