Of course, this was Revell's fully fledged tourer BITD. Hence the cantis I guess. And Red S was standard kit. Did Madison source Red S from Takagi?

Shimano took over Takagi at some point. Red S was madison I'm sure, I remember my cranks having Takagi on the inside
