54cm(ish) Road Frame - Nothing Flash.

I'm looking for a road frame to make a fixie from, must have horizontal rear dropouts, apaty from that anything considered, especially something requiring some TLC.

Mush be 700c conpatable.

Needs to be OK for 30" leg rider, so I'm guessing that's about a 54cm
