Wanted 531 Mixte Bike Wanted.

Tentatively looking for a bike for my daughter to ride. Something classic comes to mind. She is the family shortie (just!) so maybe a 22.5” seat tube length?

Anything in the collective sheds? I’m in the midlands and she is in Nottingham.

It is a family joke. She is the shortest in the family. At 5’11” only just though. I nearly took the shortest title.

I'm 5'2" and all the mixtes I see on eBay seem to be for giants. Hope you get fixed up.

I went to buy a cheap Raleigh off a guy who confessed to have 40+ bikes in his double garage and is trying to downsize. He has an 18 or 19" Dawes Galaxy mixte for me somewhere in his collection and will let me know when he can get to it! Finally my search is over.

If bristol is in range, it's not retro or 531 but somewhat classic: I've got a temple cycles 'classic lightweight step through' frame. It's large size (55cm) 520 steel, sealed headset. Currently built into a bike that has been something of a failure (not through the frame's fault) so I can easily strip it as I want a bunch of the parts off it.

Yes I somehow missed that when replying and thought it was just a frame wanted. Seat tube c to t is 55, other dimensions here under the geometry section: https://templecycles.com/products/step-through-lightweight
