52/53cm Track/Road Frame

I'm after a 52/53cm st Track or Road frame (w/ Horizontal Dropouts) for a winter fixed runaround, so cosmetics not that important. Steel/Alu whatever don't mind, as-long as relatively lightweight, 531 equiv. ideally.

Budget - anything up to £150, needs posting to Birmingham.
