50th anniversary

This is my 1988 Schwinn Paramount 50th anniversary edition. The fork is 24 k gold plated, only about 600 of these were made.

I bought this from a gent who was the original owner and only rode it about 200 miles. It was hung up for the next 20 years or so until I bought it. This is my Sunday ride and it rides as nice as it looks. They were made in Waterford Wisconsin of Columbus SLX tubing that were mitered to fit together inside the lugs. I have it built up with Dura ace 9 speed with downtube shifters, Mavic open pro rims with Deda Giro tires. Cinelli bars and 3T stem.
