As far as I am aware the Sunrace 5 speed is a traditional screw on freewheel which requires the normal splined removal tool..........

Lockrings are usually associated with Freehub / Casette designs of hub.

No they are a screw on you will need a removal tool.

Thanks for that, I now see it needs a FR-1 for removal, same as the shimano cassette lock nut tool, handy as I have one of those
