I'm intrigued by this but think it might be too small. What's the top tube length?

As best I can do, 19 1/4 inches C to C on a horizontal top tube . Its the same length as my XS Specialized tricross but doesn't run 700c wheels. It came with very narrow 650c wheels, and tyres marked 19mm! Sold those as I never used them after finding out how lethal they were with a puncture! Have been running with narrow ish mtb wheels and 1 inch mtb slicks as a pub bike as its a bit low at the front for my dodgy back.
