Shimano 48t outer chainring, 4 bolt 104bcd, black, light use. Taken from M752 chainset. £5.
Prongy thing. I now know that this is a saddle mounted double bottle cage holder. £3.

The prongy thing is, as Pedro suggests, a double bottle cage mount that clamps to the saddle rails.
