I think it's after 94 : The headtube became 1/1.8 in 1995. But After 95, 96, the V brake has killed the canti...

I forgot something : In 1995, Merlin has changed the geometry for front suspension fork too. In the catalog, you can see all the mtb Merlin with a rock shox. (only a ritchey before 1994)
