31.8mm bottom pull front mech and wheel skewers wtd

Ripped my front mech apart with a stick today so need to replace it. After xt/xtr (not too fussy on which series) 31.8mm clamp bottom pull preferably in VGC.

Also after a set of pimpy wheel QRs. Something exotic and/or shiny preferrably in silver but also red or black. Must be mint.

Yeah, it does read as if I did it on purpose or something! Was flicked up from trail rather that welded maliciously.
