Many thanks, enjoy the vanity of posting it up so here it is again with the addition of NOS skinwall tyres - I didn't even know that Smokes came in 700x45c.

Excellent stuff ed Shan't be racing but would like to do my best rather than merely ticking the box

With the cutoffs you can't really plod round and just tick the box as you have to be mindful of delays caused by mechanicals - it would be brutal to miss out because of a puncture (hence the Landcruisers plus sturdy innertubes).

Will you be going this year?

Unfortunately not as I'll be at OWMTBC.
