Wanted 27" wheelset

Alloy. Late 70s-early 80s preferably.

What spacing front and rear? Would you consider rims and using your hubs?

I'd really prefer a built pair to avoid the time sink of a wheel build (I'm slow! ) and expense of buying decent spokes (pretty sure the rear hub from my Viscount is toast too). If needs be I'll do it though!

Spacing is 126mm rear/96mm front.

Edit, front is actually 96mm but I'm sure could be sprung to 100.
