Before you go download the app you will be using and when you test it make sure the unit talks to the app. Advertising blurb claims it talks to four major platforms but I haven't seen which four!
Also it doesn't appear to come with a front wheel block. It's only 22mm or so and you would think that is immaterial but when you are working hard you do notice the front end slant. You can buy specific ones or you can just use a block of wood.

I've just found this....

Q/R may or may not be important, but the programmes you can use might not be to your liking.
Certainly seems that you will need an ANT+ sensor unless you are happy to just sit there twiddling to your own programming.

Received the Tacx Flow yesterday set it up this morning, all good.
