Had these built in 1999 by Johns Bikes Bath.
Mavic 519 wheelset built onto Hope hubs ISO rotors in a fetching Powerbar sports team wheelbag.
Been stored for at least the last 15 years could be 20. None of that laser etched malarky, these were of a time when stickers were king. Front hub still smoooooooooth as you'd expect. Can't turn the back one by finger thumb but I am sure a spin will get em going.
Has a shimano fitment 7/8 speed freehub but being Hope comes apart and is easily serviced. Pawls engage fine but comes apart in a jiffy and can be oiled up.
