I purchased this on eBay as 'NOS' (for a now abandoned build, hence the sale). It has a few more marks on than I'd expect for NOS, but the bearings are clean, smooth, and fully packed with nice clean blue grease, the rim tape appears perfectly clean, and it's +/- 0.5mm true - so whilst I can't prove it is unused, it may well be. If not, very good condition and possibly installed but not ridden.
