Wanted 25.4mm quill stem

Looking for a decent stem for a 93 giant cadex alm. The stem it came with is 160mm!!! Something half that with a bit of rise and not as heavy as a ship anchor would be nice. Anyone?

Have these in 90mm flat, or 110mm with some rise?

I have a choice of Tioga T-Bone and Avenir stems, 10-15° rise, 135mm length, depends on whether you want the front cable routing going through the stem or not….
