22mm Hayes rear brake

I need a rear Hayes disc brake, with 22mm post mount. I prefer 1999-2000 model. I have to use it on a Schwinn

Got a Hope C2 half caliper that converts an I.S. caliper to a 22mm post mount, if that's any good!

I have a pair of Hayes Mags 160mm discs - 22mm rear and 74mm post mount front. I've an IS mount adaptor for the front if required also
