21" steel frame, complete bike.

Looking for another project.

21" or so steel framed complete bike, horizontal top tube. No suspension.

Not fussy on make as long as frame is sound and paint is not too bad.

Price, less than £100.

Delivered would be great, but I can pick up in South and South West Wales or maybe meet halfway.
