20mm to QR question

Eyup all,
I have a tech question. I want to run a 1998ish White Ind front hub which is for a 20mm through axle in a standard 9mm drop out fork. I have found various adapters but they are for specific hubs (DMR, Hope, CK etc.)
I cannot find one for White Ind huds but the Hope conversion kit for the old Bulb hub looks like it might work. I think that the White hub and the Hope hub should be the same width.
Has anyone else had this problem to deal with?? Is there a universal kit available anywhere??

i might have a hope kit somewhere ill have a look tomorrow but yeah if it doesnt fit out of the box you can take the hub and the axle from a conversion kit to a bearing supplier they will give you bearings to fit
