Got back after leisurely evening in Asda Forfar

Fire lit. Muddy clothes in machine. Muddy bike in bedroom #2. Freddie conked out on sofa, nae stamia that dug :P

The Bridgestone was tongue in cheek, but actually quite good fun and held up well given I'd only ridden it 50yards up the street before.

Cheers to all peoples involved.

smashing pictures guys and some top posing

I'm knackered now! just sat down and opened a cold one.

great day, good to see everyone and eat stovies

Great day out, even got good weather. .. some how the lack of rain didn't stop us getting any less wet. A wee bit tired now :-)

Extremely pleased it's not his turn for the cliff leap this ride...

We very nearly called him Dugless

Dog that trains riders to throw sticks

Designated rider looking for the traditional Retrobike cliff leap

Nup, not high enough...

I don't care if he can't find anything high enough, I'm not doing it again...

I'm sure this is a fatbike ride not a Retro. Why not ask the organiser...

Yup, definitely a fatbike ride, why are you guys riding around on those old wrecks?....

I'm so pleased we haven't found a cliff yet.

Thanks for the great ride and company. :)

Hi Guys
I got home around 9.30. Coffee, something to eat and a nice bath.
I'll sort the pics and video tomorrow.
Theres some really great pics on this thread. I had a really good day and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Seemed to have my 'mojo' back after Strathpuffer.
It was great to see everyone again as for some it had a been a while since we last rode together. The weather was pretty good and we were lucky I think, especially considering that it rained nearly all the way on my drive home ;(
Thanks for the lift and the company Brian, certainly made the drive far more enjoyable.
A great day, great trails, great bikes and great company.
Cheers
Jamie

Looks like a braw day out! Some crackin pics too. Was there no snow anywhere?

Extremely annoyed I missed this but extreme nausea, dizziness, fever etc does not allow riding a bike. Proper fed up

a tiny amount of snow up at the cottages by the loch, but that was it. On the back of the loch and over the hill single track the normal foot of snow was replaced with a foot of mud so the traction at times was pretty much the same.
