(I'd just like to add for context, that nobody ever thought about tyre alignment either side of the counter in my working environment until around 15 years ago.
I used to not give it a moments thought, random was fine, nobody ever commented.
I would say the rise of "cytech" style "professional" qualifications brought in mechanics who were following an instruction sheet on repairs, and here we are now, everybody cares.

But that being said it does make total sense about what you said before as an aid to locate the valve.

Pretty much all done Ben, just a final wash and then build it up after I fit the seat stay decal and protection filmI lined tyre logos up long before Cytech. It just looks nice. I don't care if others do or not.
Bikes coming along nicely Scott.can't be far off finished now?

Thanks Jan, It's such a lovely and unusual bike that I think is definitely worth the time and effort to refresh it to the best of my abilities.
