I did probably let it go too cheap… so I’m assuming it was team issue jersey of some sort? I had wondered if the ‘promo 10’ on the collar area indicated if it was some sort of give away?

I don't know. I got mine from Ebay about 20yrs ago , for nowt .
I wouldn't mind one of the sweatshirts that were 10 a penny at one point.
I still ride mine all the time , but the jersey is a little too revealing these days .
