1999 tenth anniversary orange clockwork

Got one of the tenth anniversary orange clockworks in green i have had since new,

Its a 15/16" i think,its pretty much standard, has a deore mech and LX cranks put on, pait jobs a bit shabby but not the worse i seen,

I been using it for work and seems to be ok, wheels have had a nock so not running very true but can be riden, and could use a good service with a new cassette, break pads and possible a BB, though not needed right away.

My usual sizing question I'm afraid: what's the centre-to-centre horizontal top tube length?

And does it have rack mounts on the wishbone and dropouts?

DoctorRad to your question i think im right in saying 524 mm, just found a copy of the old brochure, not to sure on the rack mounts.

Just been informed it may be a 17" then that messurment is 544 mm

No rack mounts from the photos, and it's a bit short for me either way... so I'm out. Lovely colour though, hope someone enjoys it.
