1999 Team issue Pace Forks.

I just found the owners manual for my 1999 RC36 EVO Pro-Class forks.

(These ones).

In the manual it says (and I quote):

" Pro-Class grey or team issue red anodised finish-
so cool even certain F1 Ferrari drivers use them!"

Personally I don't give a stuff which F1 drivers had them but.........anodised red RC36s ?? :shock:

Anyone seen any or have a photo?

I mean, was it just the crown, or all the alloy bits that were red......they sound so cool!

I once saw a set on ebay, about 1 year ago. Brand new. I'm sure they went for about £150!! why oh why did I not buy them?

That could have been the set in the photo above. From what I've read searching for info I think Nick split his Pace about then and sold the bits on e-blag. :cry:
