Big thanks to Giles (Corduroyboy) for selling me his 1999 Kona Kula. It arrived yesterday and was promptly built up.

Front Derailleur: Shimano SLX
Rear Derailleur: Shimano XT Shadow
Cassette: Shimano Deore 11-32
Chainset: Raceface Evolve XC 44/32/22
Bottom Bracket: Raceface External
Pedals: Shimano M520 SPD
Rims: Mavic X221 - Black
Hubs: GT Front, Shimano LX Read
Spokes: Black
Tyres: Continental Mountain King 2.2"
Saddle: SDG
Seatpost: Black 27.0
Seatpost Binder: Kona
I've stripped and serviced the forks. This didn't look to have been done for a long time as the damper side oil was Black. I really like Bombers of this age. They just seem to last and last. Really easy to work on too.
Frame and forks both have a nice metallic to the paint, that doesn't show up in the pictures.
Think I'll be changing the saddle before long. I'd like some XTR v-brakes for it too, but that will have to wait until funds allow.
